Why I Chose These 5 Strengths

I chose Achiever because being busy and productive feels very satisfying to me. I like working hard and completing tasks. This is most obvious and visible for me with my job as I will focus on tasks to complete them as quickly as possible.

I chose Adaptability because I'm not a big planner; I generally like to go with the flow, live in the here and now, and just knock down tasks as they come. This is useful in my life; with a teenage son, there seems to be a lot of chaos in life, and being able to be adaptable and handle things as they occur is very helpful.

I chose Analytical because I'm very logical and not usually particularly emotional. I can logically evaluate a given situation and think about the potential issues and complications that might interact with it. This is useful for pretty much everything - life, work, etc.

I chose Ideation because I like to think about and come up with new ideas and variations/modifications of existing ideas. This helps a lot for work because I'm constantly working on my product and coming up with new features and ideas.

I chose Strategic because I'm good at finding a way forward when others might not immediately see it. I'm good at solving complex problems that others might not easily see a solution for. This is helpful for work as well.

For one I'd like to improve, I'm going to pick Woo. Winning others over has always been a challenge for me because I tend to be more focused on doing my job, getting it done, and moving on. I can work on developing this strength by spending more time building relationships with coworkers and being more deliberate about getting others involved and invested in my ideas.
